Personal boundaries is inspiration for this piece. Follow the lines across the artwork and observe the boundaries between the colours and lines. We all have boundaries and things can get messy if they are crossed. When the lines are crossed the colours mix to a darker shade and new black lines appear. Respect yourself and set your boundaries.
