‘Heat’ has been created using a combination of thousands of small lines and dozens of larger lines on a 24 x 36 (in) canvas. The deep reds burn through the lines leaving negative space behind. There’s something hungry and visceral about this piece. The lines crave space and closeness as they melt across the canvas.
